ORDERING

The purchase contract through which the sale of the goods is realized is concluded by a confirmation of the order. Order confirmation is by phone or email within a few minutes of sending the order form and within regular business hours. You will always receive the tax receipt with the goods. All prices include VAT.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods in stock and varies by individual pieces. If ordered goods are in stock, they are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order. We always inform you of the expected date of your order. Goods are deemed to be delivered by delivery to the address specified by the customer in the order.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Every natural person has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking over the goods. In the case of this decision, please let us know in writing or by phone and follow the following: Returned goods must be in the original undamaged packaging, unused, complete returned with the sales receipt, copy or order number of your bank account. We will contact you and try to meet your requirements. In case of withdrawal, the money will be refunded to your account within 5 business days. The cost of transport associated with the return of goods is borne by the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

The customer is obliged to view the goods immediately upon receipt. If a mechanical damage to the product packaging is found, the customer is required to check the condition of the goods in the presence of the carrier and, in the event of damage, to make a record of damage to the consignment and to confirm the fact by the carrier. Based on the written record, the customer will be granted a reasonable discount or a new product is delivered. The customer is also entitled to withdraw from the contract. By signing the carrier's delivery note, the customer agrees to take over the goods and confirms that it has arrived mechanically undamaged. Later complaints caused by traffic may not be taken into account and will be rejected. Conditions of taking over the goods, including liability, are governed by the carrier's terms of service.

PRICE

All listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Packaging and transport are added to the price of the goods.

- in cash - upon personal handover at (Lyžbice 135; 73961 Třinec).

TRANSPORT OF GOODS

Transport of goods is ensured by transport companies PPL and Czech Post. Czech Post is used for smaller shipments, for large shipments PPL is used.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Except as otherwise expressly provided, all legal tender is valid for 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty covers all defects in the goods caused by a manufacturing error or by mistake on the material used. However, the warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear due to improper use by the user. At the same time, it does not apply to the normal wear and tear of goods corresponding to the nature of the goods and the time of their use. The Company undertakes to replace or repair during the warranty period any goods that will meet the conditions for claim under this paragraph. The warranty period is extended by the amount of time that the customer could not use the matter as a result of handling the claim.

HANDLING COMPLAINTS

We will deliver your comments on how we handle your claim without undue delay in the shortest possible time after receipt of the claim. If the claimed goods can not be repaired or replaced within the statutory period as new, the customer has the right to withdraw from the buy-in and return the purchase price.

CONSUMER PRIVACY

The KROSTECH Online Shop collects customers' personal data, namely their name, address, telephone and email connection. This data is primarily intended to facilitate customer orders in the future. If the customer expresses his / her consent, the KROSTECH Internet Store may provide a commercial announcement with news and offers via e-mail. Customer does not pass on any personal data to the customer.

FINAL PROVISSIONS

These Terms of Business are valid for all sales contracts concluded between the KROSTECH Internet Shop and the Customer. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. The changed conditions will be advertised in an appropriate manner on the website www.krostech.cz at least one month before the new business conditions are effective.
